Senate president’s comms director steps aside
Read Article Megan Stookey will step down as the communications director for Senate President Ty Masterson at the end of the week for health reasons. She will be replaced by Garrett Henson, who has served as deputy communications director and legislative liaison for the Senate president’s office since last September. The changeover will be Oct. 13. Stookey said in email that her pregnancy demanded that she step away from work to take care of her health and the health of her baby.
