U.S. Senate confirms KBI director to become new federal judge
TOPEKA (KSNT) – Senators in the nation's capital voted in favor of confirming Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) Director Tony Mattivi for a federal judge position. Senators confirmed the nomination of Mattivi to the federal bench on June 9 with a vote of 51-46. The U.S. Senate then sent their decision on to President Donald Trump. [...]
