EU agrees to launch membership talks with Ukraine next week even as war with Russia drags on
The European Union has agreed to start membership talks with Ukraine next week after ambassadors decided that a conference to officially launch negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova will be held in Luxembourg on Monday.
