House overrides governor’s veto of Legislature’s operations budget, parking provision for lawmakers

The House also overrode the governor's veto of language authorizing any state employee or legislator to park in any state facility from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. so long as the lot is not secured by a gate or arm.
